After you find the no thanks button and no joke,you can barely find it, you get to another page and they ask you to buy the family plan.

The Skinny Switch meal plan section is very involved.
There is a questioner and your answers are the basis of your meal plan.
The the systems generates a one week plan. See a sample meal plan here.
You can change or exchange food then print out a shopping list if you want.
The meal plan is extensive with very few repeats. When the shopping list is generated for the week of meals, it includes every ingredient for everything down to the teaspoonful.
It can be difficult to to keep track of what because of the detailed list.
For each meal you can get a full list of ingredients and a label just like you see on every food package. You know the exact calorie count for each meal. It’s very good.
With a click you can see each nutritional value for every meal, every day or for a week.
The meals are not your average recipes. Very good, might be a bit complicated though.
A simple diet program is easier to follow, try this one and see, it’s really good.

The Skinny Switch Secret weight loss plan has many complaints about it on the internet.
These are just a few of them.
First of course is the price. With a minimum of $154.95, it’s not cheap.
It’s an awesome website but isn’t $154.95 too much to spend?
Another problem is with the meal plans. Maybe it’s because I like things very simple, I found the meals just to complicated and time consuming to make.
Another problem is the shopping list. It prints directly from the meal plan. That would be fine except the ingredients are listed in measurements down to the tablespoon. Your list for the week will show; 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seed, 1/8 teaspoon of basil etc….
And placing the initial orders is a pain. They try and sell you everything they have.

Guarantee/Refund Policy: Even though they run ads that proclaim no risk or fully guaranteed, no where on their web site is there any mention of this. And I have seen 2 different refund policies. One is all sales are final, no refunds. And the other one was call to cancel program within 7 days of ordering to get a refund.
I canceled and it was a huge pain in the you know what!
Beware of the refund policy. You must read their agreement thoroughly.

The refund policy states you must call and request a refund within 7 days or your request will be denied.
Even though their ads state the Skinny Switch Secret is fully guaranteed, no where is that mentioned on the web site.
I have also seen no risk trial in their ads. I can’t imagine what they’re talking about. Nothing about a no risk trial is mentioned anywhere on their site.
In the agreement you have to agree to, it states you have 7 days to cancel and get a refund.
After 7 days you can still cancel, but you will not get a refund and you will be charged any remaining payments of the 4 payment plan if you didn’t pay up front in full.
Of course you can still use the web site.
One other time I went to their site to read the agreement again and it said all sales are final, no refunds for any reason.
When I see stuff like that, it really raises the red flag so be careful.
Make sure you read the agreement and understand what you’re signing.
If you search skinny switch complaints there are thousands of them all about the refund or guarantee.
